Board Meeting
New Year's Eve
At 5 pm families enjoyed sledding. Heaters were set up by tables in front of the clubhouse and hot dogs were served with cocoa and hot cider.
From 6 to Midnight, families enjoyed extended swim hours.
From 7 to Midnight, famliles enjoyed dancing together to the tunes of M&M Productions, eating delicious appetizers, and sharing a champagne toast at midnight.

WATER UPGRADE FOR HOMEOWNERS
November 21 update
On August 8 and November 21, AWWU and DOWL HKM held public meetings regarding a water upgrade project slated for construction in 2012-13. Good news: No cost to homeowners.
On Monday, November 21, they were at Bayshore Clubhouse to give an update of preliminary findings from last summer. More information will be available at a meeting in FEB/MAR when they let us know more definitive timelines.
See links for details of project and areas of Bayshore that are affected. A follow-up meeting will take place in January and February that will give the results of this summer's field study.

NEW STREET LIGHTS FOR BAYSHORE
August and September 2011
Installation of new street lights began in early August and continued into September. New poles with energy efficient LED lights were installed and any overhead lines continue to be buried.
