Bayshore Owners Association consists of 454 homes with about 45 acres of greenbelt and undisturbed tracts of forest. Bayshore Clubhouse Homeowners enjoy the clubhouse that is centrally located and overlooks Bayshore Lake. The lake is surrounded by a lighted boardwalk that makes it easy and fun to view the wildlife year round. Resident clubhouse privileges include use of the swimming pool, fitness room, Jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, tennis courts, and Chalet Event Room. Chalet Event Room The event room can accommodate up to 150 guests and has a rustic cedar atmosphere with a large corner rock fireplace, inset cherry dance floor, integrated stereo system, portable bar, bridal dressing suite, and big screen television set. Rental of the event room includes use of the kitchen and large wood deck that overlooks Bayshore Lake. We even have a barbecue for summer fun. Making arrangements to use the event room are easy. Bayshore Early Learning Center is a highly acclaimed early learning center that is open to the public. It is conveniently located in the Clubhouse. Children participate in early education and also have fun while swimming or playing in our beautiful outdoor greenbelts. The program consists of part-time and full-time preschool and before and after care for children in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Board of Directors
The Bayshore Board of Directors is comprised of seven homeowners. They serve two-year terms. Board members are elected annually on the first Monday in May. Regular meetings are on the third Monday of each month at the Clubhouse, 7:00 p.m. Neighbors are encouraged to attend and participate in decision affecting their community. Architectural Control Committee ("ACC") oversees development in the subdivision to preserve property values and amenities and maintain the prestige of the community at large. Home projects need advance approval. Request For Project Approval forms are available at the Clubhouse along with Community Guidelines and should be submitted two weeks in advance of the project start date.
