- Terms run two years
- Meetings are held once a month on the third Monday
- Meetings usually run from 7:00 to 8:30 pm
- Annual meeting in May is on the first Monday and there is not a regular board meeting that month
- No meeting in July or December
The Board of Directors of Bayshore Owners Association meets on the third Monday of each month. Homeowners are invited to attend and participate. Please contact the main office if you would like to be added to the Board Agenda if you have topic you wish to address during Homeowner Comments. We invite all members of the Bayshore Community to come out and get involved in the administration of our neighborhood. Your input and participation is vital. You may contact the Board at Board@bayshoreclub.org
Minutes of meetings are available on this website. Minutes from the current month will not be posted until approved by the board the following month. The Board held a short executive session after the meeting and elected officers and designated directors: Congratulations to all. Thank you to homeowner who attended the meeting and to those who dropped off proxies. Thank you also to Board President Steve Neff and Treasurer Mohammed Naviwala for picking up food for the meeting and staff members Colleen, Joe, and Katie, who helped prepare room and serve food.

The annual meeting of the homeowners took place at the Clubhouse on May 2nd. Homeowners enjoyed a deli-style dinner and dessert while reviewing the business of the homeowner association over the past year. Three candidates members were elected to the 7-member volunteer Board of Directors:
