About Us

Bayshore Owners Association consists of 454 homes with more than 16 acres of greenbelts and undisturbed tracts of forest. The Association is comprised of Bayshore West Subdivision Units 1, 2, and 3, and Stephandale Park. Susan Green, General Manager. Susan@bayshoreclub.org or (907) 522-4909.

 

Bayshore Clubhouse Homeowners enjoy the clubhouse that is centrally located and overlooks Bayshore Lake. The lake is surrounded by a lighted boardwalk that makes it easy and fun to view the wildlife year round. Chalet Event Room The event room can accommodate up to 150 guests and has a rustic cedar atmosphere with a large corner rock fireplace, inset cherry dance floor, integrated stereo system, portable bar, bridal dressing suite, and big screen television set.  Rental of the event room includes use of the kitchen and large wood deck that overlooks Bayshore Lake. We even have a barbeque for summer fun. Making arrangements to use the event room are easy.

The Learning Center at Bayshore is a child care facility that has a Montessori influence. It is conveniently located in the Clubhouse.  The program consists of part-time and full-time preschool and before and after care for children in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Residents of Bayshore enjoy a discounted rate for this highly acclaimed program. It is also open to the public at large.

Board of Directors The Bayshore Board of Directors is comprised of seven homeowners. They serve two-year terms. The current board was elected into office in May 2006. Meetings are on the second Monday of each month at the Clubhouse, 7:00 p.m. Neighbors are encouraged to attend and participate in decision affecting their community. Architectural Control Committee oversees development in the subdivision to preserve property values and amenities and maintain the prestige of the community at large.  Home projects need advance approval. Request For Project Approval forms are available at the Clubhouse and should be submitted two weeks in advance of the project start date. ACC@bayshoreclub.org or (907) 344-0539.

 

Community Board is posted at the entrance of the subdivision. Homeowners may contact the office to post small messages to wish happy birthdays, welcome notices, lost or found messages and more. Office (907) 344-0539.
