| Shower before entering Pool or Spa ? No roughhousing or running on deck ? No food, drink, gum or candy permitted in pool area ? Swim diapers are allowed and must be used if child is not toilet trained ? Life vest ? MUST BE 18+ for adult swim and children must be accompanied by someone 18 or older |

| Adults only - for the fitness room - include responsible 16 year olds and older ? No one under age 16 allowed in the fitness room unless during time indicated above ? Parent or legal guardian must remain in the fitness room with 12-15 yr child at all times ? Be respectful to others with TV/Stereo volume ? Bring and use a towel to wipe equipment after use - paper towels are available should you not bring your towel ? Please report any problems to the front desk ? Turn off lights and fans before leaving room ? Thank you! |

Pool Player Rules |
| No one under age 13 allowed to play pool unless accompanied by a BOA member that is at least 16. Photo ID required. Four (4) person maximum. |

Tennis Court |
| Key to open courts (at no cost) are available at Clubhouse for use during office hours only. Your own personal key to tennis court may be purchased at Clubhouse for $5 and are good for the summer season. The advantage is that you can access the courts in off hours when Clubhouse is closed. The courts are locked to prevent vandalism. |

Under 18 Rules |
| Everyone under the age of 18 must leave the clubhouse by 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends unless they are attending an Event. |
