SUMMER 2008
Hi Bayshore swimmers!!!! My name is Ginny Dolan and I will be the swim teacher for your summer lessons. I am Red Cross Water Safety instructor certified. I have taught lessons for about 25 years out at the Chugiak Pool for the Municipality of Anchorage and I have been teaching at Bayshore for the past year. I started as a lifeguard instructor in 1977 and was promoted to Pool Manager in 1986. I retired from MOA in 2003. Level 1a Beginnger 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
- Cannot put face in water easily
- Non-swimmers
- Interest in learning to swim
Level 1b Beginner Advanced 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.
- Can put face in water easily
- Continuation of lessons from 1a
Level 2 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
- Can float on front and back
- Knows how to kick with face in water
- Beginning swimmer
- Can bob in water blowing air out
