About Us

Bayshore Owners Association consists of 454 homes with about 45 acres of greenbelt and undisturbed tracts of forest. The Association is comprised of Bayshore West Subdivision Units 1, 2, and 3, and Stephandale Park. Dues are a low $80 a month and include membership in the Clubhouse. Bayshore Clubhouse Homeowners enjoy the clubhouse that is centrally located and overlooks Bayshore Lake. The lake is surrounded by a lighted boardwalk that makes it easy and fun to view the wildlife year round. Resident clubhouse privileges include use of the 25' x 50' saline swimming pool, fitness room, hot tub spa, dressing rooms and shower facilities, pool table, tennis courts, and Chalet Even Room. Chalet Event Room The Chalet Room at the Bayshore Clubhouse can be rented for those special times in your life. It can accommodate up to 150 guests and features a rustic cedar atmosphere under a dramatic vaulted ceiling. We provide all of the tables, high-top Bistro tables, and more. We have three styles of chairs including black folding chairs and white wedding-style resin chairs. Other amenities include a built-in dance floor; a professional sound system that you can hook a divide up to along with a professional wireless handheld microphone; a 70" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player; a portable bar; a kitchen with two standard ovens, two microwave ovens, refrigerator/freezer, lots of counter space and a big center island to work off of; an outdoor deck with gas grill; a corner rock fireplace; free Wi-Fi; and a dressing suite. For weddings, couples may choose to be married outside overlooking picturesque Bayshore Lake. There is no additional charge to use the grounds for ceremonies, and we even provide a wedding arbor. A patio heater is also available. The Chalet Room is the perfect venue for weddings, but  it is also great for holiday parties, celebrations of life, business meetings, awards banquets, company retreats, and much more.

What makes us different? Each facility rental also includes after-event clean-up!

Bayshore Early Learning Center is a highly acclaimed early learning center  that is open to the public. It is conveniently located in the Clubhouse. Children participate in early education and also have fun while swimming or playing in our beautiful outdoor greenbelts. Board of Directors
The Bayshore Board of Directors is comprised of seven homeowners. They serve two-year terms. Board members are elected annually on the first Monday in May. Regular meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse, 7:00 p.m. Neighbors are encouraged to attend and participate in decision affecting their community. Architectural Control Committee ("ACC") oversees development in the subdivision to preserve property values and amenities and maintain the prestige of the community at large.  Home projects need advance approval. Request For Project Approval forms are available at the Clubhouse along with Community Guidelines and should be submitted two weeks in advance of the project start date. Community Board is posted at the entrance of the subdivision. Homeowners may contact the office to post small messages to wish happy birthdays, welcome notices, lost or found messages and more. Office (907) 344-0539.
