SERVING ON THE BOARD
  • Terms run two years
  • Meetings are held once a month on the third Tuesday
  • Meetings usually run from 7:00 to 8:30 pm
  • Annual meeting in May is on the first Monday and there is not a regular board meeting that month
  • No meeting in July or December

The Board of Directors of Bayshore Owners Association meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Homeowners are invited to attend and participate. Please contact the main office if you would like to be added to the Board Agenda if you have topic you wish to address during Homeowner Comments. We invite all members of the Bayshore Community to come out and get involved in the administration of our neighborhood. Your input and participation is vital. Minutes of meetings are available on this website. Minutes from the current month will not be posted until approved by the board the following month.


MISSION STATEMENT

The Board has the primary responsibility of establishing corporate policy and managing the operation and affairs of the Association.

The Board’s objectives include the following:

  1. To safeguard, maintain, and preserve all association property;
  2. To promote services and programs which enhance the quality of life for the owners in the Association;
  3. To maintain the market values of real property within the Association boundaries by controlling the physical condition of all real properties within the Association; and
  4. To maintain homeowner dues at an equitable and reasonable rate based on services provided.
